I hear people. I guess it's time to get up and juice those fresh peaches for Bellinis.

I'm saving our slightly over-ripe peaches for cobbler later today. But the rye bread is rising, and we've skimmed the fat and such from a gallon and a half of fresh beef stock. So I'm feeling like something has been accomplished.
