How do you explain to someone at 4:30 that you cannot reduce a company logo and still make it legible at 20 pixels high? This after they just redesigned all the screens on a product that's supposed to ship out and be trained on Friday? Grr...

time to change the logo! Make it a single letter, in a nice simple font like Courier or something :)

Reduce the logo to 20 pixels high in Photoshop. Show them the result. Don't explain that when you actually do this sort of thing, you do a little more tweaking than just the "image size" dialog box.
