I'm thinking asking for the Wednesday after elections off from work might be a good idea. I'll be putting in sixteen or twenty hours at the polls, at least that's my professional opinion. I think I'll be a little tired to work the next day. Of course, it could all be smooth sailing, including counting the supplemental ballot for senator, but somehow, I doubt it.

World Fantasy is fast approaching. Walk-through of the hotel tonight. Must commit bheer order. Must finish bheer order today. Must give bheer order guy new phone number.

New office today. Saw it briefly Friday night, but must set up cube this morning. It's in Bloomington, and slightly closer to home. Much closer to the temptations of shops and the like. It's almost, but not quite, like being in the city. Only Minnehaha creek to cross every day, instead of the creek and the Minnesota river.

Give us a heads-up if you're going to need some help Wednesday night, or if you're going to be short-handed on Thursday/Friday. I'm still planning to take Friday off, and I could probably get some time Thursday as well if you need me.
