I don't think Larry's comments implies anything about non-Wellstone supporters rejoicing over his death.
I think it does acknowledge the fact that it was a very tight race so far, and because of Wellstone's death it is unlikely that a new candidate can be put on the ballot who has any chance against Coleman.
While I'm sure that most Republicans (and other non-Wellstone supporters) aren't rejoicing right now, this event will have much larger political ramifications.

I'm not too sure. I think it's really impossible to predict what would happen at this point. I know I'm not changing what party I'm voting for because of this for Governor. (Though it might actually have an impact on my vote for Governor, as I'm still somewhat debating it.)
