I'm lusting after a 6-burner, 36" oven range. My google fu seems weak, and I'm not finding any reviews.

I don't know of any review sites either, but wow, my partner would love to have that baby...

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. The variation with the wok station in the middle, of course. Though I'd love to be able to put a real griddle in somewhere too.

Um. Sorry. Don't in fact know anything about that brand. Let me know how it goes :-).

Looks like the 36" models are in the $4600 range, though.

That seems like the useful answers I've come to expect from those places. Sorry.

It's not clear to me from the site, but I'd be concerned about the possibility that such a range would -- for optimum functioning, anyhow -- need a larger-diameter pipe leading the the gas main than most residences have.

Not. That it uses a standard pipe. Standards, of course, may vary, but it's not the restaurant size pipe that it needs.
