Not that there's anything unusual about it.
1. People who turn left but stop without entering the intersection so they don't turn when the light changes.
2. People who clearly don't think a two or three lane turn across traffic is any barrier to their lack of direction.
3. Snow falling from the sky does not necessarily mean the road is slippery and you have to drive with one foot on the brake because of the pretty white flakes.
4. 35W enters 94 with a loong double-line area because none of the locals know how to merge. Thus far, it still means locals don't know how to merge and it backs traffic up into St. Paul.

That first one, yeah, makes me crazy. I never want to honk at them, though, because if that's the way they drive, they might think I mean for them to go RIGHT NOW, and then they crash into someone. Since the someone would probably be a totally innocent party, I refrain.
