Is this the same Norm Coleman who, when he led Al Franken by about 200 votes said that if he were down by two hundred votes he would have accepted the tally and congratulated Franken?

I am going to point this out. If this goes all the way to the United States Supreme Court, which has four liberal judges and four conservative, I am quite sure Anthony Kennedy (appointed on the belief that he was a conservative, but turning out to be more of a swing voter) will have no patience whatever with Coleman's shenanigans. (Then again, I'm thinking about Bush vs. Gore.... maybe I'm being too optimistic.)
