drewan left a bit ago heading back out to Livermore. Andrew and I explored Folsom and the Castro last night, and he spent the night in the hotel. BART shuts down around midnight, or so rumor has it. This morning, we're off to a slow start. Eating chocolate fortune cookies from the little shop in Chinatown. We're too lazy to go across the street to the not terribly good bakery, which on our return from Folsom bars the other night, they gave
laurafish a regular chocolate frosted donut instead of a chocolate chocolate frosted donut.
After a slightly disappointing trip to Good Vibrations, we walked around Chinatown yesterday. Laura and
davidschroth headed out to Alcatraz yesterday and I headed off to Castro. When I got back, Laura Jean and David were heading down to meet Andrew at the Powell Street BART station. We grabed a bus through the Tenderloin. More than a few homeless people here by the Bay.
Today, the Exploratorium, and not much else planned. The weather has turned warm and sunny. Saturday and Sunday were both cold the minute the sun set.

Date: 2002-08-27 06:24 pm (UTC)The Exporitorium was quite a bit of fun. The kind of thing that I would have loved when I was any where between 6 and 16. Still, quite a bit of fun even now, but it did fail the nekkid boy esthetical test, quite unlike Folsom.
