Caught the Boat Market in Can Tho. Lost a wee bit of money in the process. Avoided one constabulary issue to run into another one. Viewed the private side of medicine in Viet Nam from the sidelines -- doormen, multiple people helping, nice facilities. Have feasted with friends and eaten a wide variety of fruit. Bought three lottery tickets yesterday in the belief that sooner or later, the luck's gotta change...
