The Airport exit to 62 East from southbound 35W has changed to the RIGHT lane. It's a mess out there....

Eeew.

I was really excited to hear that the Portland exit from 62E was open again, only to find out that it wasn't available from 35W going south, only from 62 (and possibly 35W going north, but that doesn't affect me much). I wonder if that'll change now.

Wasn't that one of the primary goals of this whole mess, to get rid of the left-hand exit? (Not as important as increasing the traffic capacity of the 62/35W interchange, I don't think, but definitely one of the goals.)

Well, it sounds likely along with curing the common cold and ensuring world peace. It must be nice when the existing road was fubar to start with.
