The waning days of fall

This is probably the last day of fall here in Mpls Land. Tomorrow is cold, wet with possible snow, and a low of 25. At 25, the leaves fall from the catalpa tree and cover the yard like luncheon plates. The big catalpa in the backyard is heavy with seed pods. The smaller one in front has some, but not as heavy as the bigger one in back. Monday morning I expect the leaves to litter the yard.
