Thanks for this -- it sounds great, and I seem to be planting a ridiculous amount of Chard and Beets (both of various colors, including red, yellow, and white) in the Community Garden plot, so it should be helpful. There's always a surplus of _something_ (currently, the last flush of bush & pole beans). (I'd note, however, that beet leaves should do just as well as chard in this dish.)
