Summer squash with pesto, ratatouille, wax bean salad, potato salad with saffron salt cream sauce

Borscht aka Chilled Roasted Beet and Fennel Soup with Apple-Sage-Mint Crema, and Toasted Pistachios.

Pork stuffed with Fontana, proscuitto, roasted red peppers, patty pan squash with stuff.

Whipped cream Grand Mariner, rasp & blue berries, zabaglione & mint.
