Qualifications for this position include the following:
* Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or equivalent experience. Formal training in computers and networks required. Current Cisco CCNA (or better) with advanced studies related to Cisco LAN and WAN are required. * Minimum 5 years experience working with Cisco switches, routers, firewalls and other networking equipment in a multi-site environment. PC support experience is also required. * Experience with IP telephony, web services and networking protocols such as BGP and MPLS would be a plus * Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff, both in written form and verbally * Flexibility * Ability to travel up to 15% of the time * Ability to lift boxes and other material up to 75 pounds
