Whatever you do, do not forget W's photo op standing in front of a big wooden case filled with T-Bills, the ones they've been sopping up the yearly surplus from Social Security taxes since the early 1980s. He held them up to the camera and told us they were worthless pieces of paper, and instead we all needed to convert our Social Security accounts to stock market accounts.

Well, they weren't at the time...

The burning question Americans should have for W is which T-Bills go unpaid first, the trillions belonging to we the people via the Social Security surplus or the trillions belonging to W and his pals. He seems to think the latter are default-proof, while the former are... worthless pieces of paper...
