Red wine slows aging

I guess this means I've gotta start drinking a lotta red wine now. I wonder how it mixes with Guinness?

I used a bit of Guinness last night cooking up some andouille & chicken sausages to go into jambalaya. This was planned to be dinner for tonight, but I had forgotten that already have plans out tonight, so it will have to wait.

J gets sick from red wine, so he claims that only the healthier people can drink it at all, and that's why red-wine drinkers live longer.
