Cool and damp outside this morning. The sidewalk and lawn is littered with catalpa flowers, dying white flowers all over everything.

My resolution to print off a bunch of things yesterday failed. More work for tonight. I did pay some bills and balance a few things in Quicken.

Good column in today's NY Times on Bush by Paul Krugman. Lilo and Stitch vs Minority Report -- apparently there's a bit of jockeying for first place last week.

The sad thing is, they're both very good movies -- amongst the best I've seen this year. I can see owning both of them when they come out on DVD.

I'd rather send Lilo & Stitch back in time a week so it can get an uncontested #1 instead of Scooby Doo.

I saw the Krugman piece in the paper. Yes; it's good.

Can you do me a favor and send me links to anything in the NY Times (that you stumble across) about terrorism, security, safety, etc. I need to keep a file.
