Phones are down in the house after the rain. DSL is working. Qwest actually came out and looked at the lines already and said the problem is in the house. Of course the last time they were here, it wasn't in the house and they speed screwed the phone cover where I can check if the problem is on their side or my side. I've got the rotted speed screws to open it, just have to find them first. Grr...
