Not quite the worst review
Oct. 4th, 2007 11:23 amOne of Microsoft's polling people called this morning about an issue I am having with the beta OneCare -- which amongst other failings has decided it's expired...
1) The tech closed the issue when I foolishly asked about another issue
2) Neither the first issue nor the second issue has been resolved.
3) It's still not up there with my most famous Microsoft tech support email -- Wait, if you have not formatted your hard drive yet (as I tolld you to do as the only solution on the previous email), try this....
