Tonight I went to Cityceased at the Lakewood Cemetery. It was a bit of a fluff of a play, but the effects are pretty neat. They use Coleman lanterns (half tinfoiled) as lighting along with a few flashlights and candles. The night was pretty mild, and it was a fun walk around in a group of around 30 people. I'd recommend it for $12, but don't go expecting Shakespeare. (It's a performance piece, sorta Jeune Leunie...) Some really pretty spots with the lantern light with the leaves and the trees.

I have to say that I am crabby about Lakewood being so wholeheartedly behind this, given that they don't really want live people in the cemetery (picnics, driving lessons and bike riding are all forbidden).

That said, I'd love to see this.
