How stupid. I personally know of two women who had nervous breakdowns after giving birth to stillborn babies -- they had *both* told doctors that something was wrong, but were ignored. One was my grandmother, the other was a woman I met in the late '80s. So now, doctors have to tell women that they will be required to carry babies with acephaly or other birth defects "not compatible with life" to term. Great. You know, I thought this country was getting too progressive. It's time we took a step back into the dark ages.
