Showering is done and the table cloth is in the dryer. It's time to think about pasta.
I brought the ancient Bialetti (sp?) up from the basement and cleaned it off. It has a mixing chamber, a mixing thinga-ma-jig that looks as if it's gone missing from a medieval rack, rollers, and two cutters. I also brought up the extruder for the KA.
I've two roasted red peppers that are doomed to be in one pasta along with a spate of garlic.
The next pasta I want to do with lemon zest, lemon thyme and some lemon grass. Still thinking about it.
