I'm at 1:29:41 with a Microsoft service call. The VOIP line is really bad, although most of what they're saying is working. We're trying to reinstall Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2. We just rebooted after changing a text file into a bat file and running it that was supposed remove the beta and restore Internet Explorer 6. When I opened Internet Explorer, the beta 7 appeared.

They're calling back tomorrow between 4 - 6.

I've been using Mozilla Firefox instead of IE for over a year now, and I highly recommend it. The only time I ever use IE, is to access sites owned by Microsoft, which is pretty rare.

I've also been using Firefox, but 7 has been getting some good press. The beta, however, I cannot recommend.

I'll stick with Firefox.
Any improvements Gates and Co. have made is because of competition from Mozilla.
To me, going back to Microslop because they were under the gun to improve because Firefox did a better job would be just plain wrong.
