Compared with many people here in this agricultural valley, I don't suffer much - but I can always tell when the Douglas first pollinate, because I get 24-48 hours of unstoppable runny nose and itchy eyes. And because I have glaucoma, I can't take much of anything to relieve it. )-:

In March, my allergist said to take half a decongestant tablet "as needed." I'm currently using two full tablets per day.
