The big stock pot
Dec. 29th, 2005 10:21 pmThe big stock pot (40 qts) got pulled out of the trunk of Thong's car. They'd done a seafood dinner with crab legs, and it'll hold more than a few. Of course, it can take half the night to bring it to a simmer on a regular burner, but once it's hot, it stays that way for a nice long while. Thuy's wife is from Hue, and apparently quite fine with seafood, although I'm guessing the legs here would not taste as good as the fresh crabs in Viet Nam.
