One of the professional highlights of my past year was getting to share large amounts of red meat and red wine at the Jax Cafe on a beautiful early fall night with the great Irish director Neil Jordan! His new film BREAKFAST ON PLUTO is pretty and loopy and funny and like many of his films, packed with great tunes. Cillian Murphy, breaking out earlier this year a bit in RED EYE and BATMAN BEGINS has been nominated for a Golden Globe for his unforgettable turn here as Kitten.
