Pho Tau Bay opens at 9:30. It does not open at 9:00 as some people in this household believe. When you arive at 9:25, the front door may be locked.

Someone in this house likes their weekend duck soup. Everytime I order the weekend duck soup, I do not get the soup that the person wants. It must be magic. Today, instead of the duck soup with rice vermicelli, I got the duck soup rice porridge.

Last week I accidently changed a friend's take out order of Vegetable Tempura + Rice to a veggie tempura roll. I thought all the stuff listed were rolls :(

Good morning. I would like to thank you for the informnation last night. They had many ducks. We got a BBQ version and took it home to make stir fry with it. We were a little confused by the bag of juice/sauce they gave us but dumped it on the stirfry and it was tasty. We think it involved hoisin.

Today I shall make duck soup later. So really thanks for the help.

Yes, I've often wondered that myself. Apparently fetched duck soup is better than other duck soup. ;-)

Soup is pretty standard Vietnamese breakfast fare. Although, it's often just pho bo (beef pho).
