Mr Simon Singh and Big Bang

After the excitement of the fire alarm, Mr. Singh gave a really great presentation. We all enjoyed it. Good PowerPoints too. Sucky mike, and they could have used some better lighting, but well worth the parking.

I hate mike issues like that, although I would have figured out where I could stand and stayed there -- and not turned it off. Too hard on my voice.

He seems like he wanted to walk and talk to the whole room. He also had to get to the laptop for the sound thing... although, why the control booth did not run that one, I'm not sure. Still, all in all, a great presentation that coulda been greater.
