I got to participate yesterday in the standard ER scene, although the paddles were different, and I lost all mumble years of chest hairs (at least three). They even shaved my wrist! Unfortunately, I couldn't take any pictures since I was sedated. I was ordered not to over-exercise for a week and I'm having no trouble following that advice.
