The Woman's Club, of which I am a member, is staffed and run by a frustrated and exhausted board and ED. They do not have the energy to pursue a shared vision, if there was one, which there is not (according to the ED, and the board).

For my part, the staff heard nothing but complaints about the food while insisting that the club's vision was on "service" not "service industry." And "You cannot have both." But the food was so bad I was ashamed to bring people there, and I did try.
