I'm fascinated that Meera Sodha finds angel hair pasta easier to get than vermicelli. I think she's in London. And I think I'll make this with vermicelli, since I find it easier to get than angel hair.

London it seems, although I think she grew up in Birmingham or another city in the Midlands. She's not a stickler for strict recipes, because it was sub, sub, sub when she was a youngin.
