Can somebody make me a wireless charger with a clock?

And, no, I don't want to pay $129 or $245.95 for it. It should be a simple device for standing the phone on either verticle or horizontal and have a clock that displays when the phone ain't there. It oughta look sorta like the following, only with a digital clock:
