I'm most surprised by the recipe for tater tots. The notion of making tater tots from scratch is right up there with Al Sicherman's recipe for homemade Twinkies. In the original version of the recipe, he pointed out the trademark issues with the name and renamed his "Blinkies." IIRC, Caramel Knowledge also includes recipes for Bostess Bupcakes and other tastier-than-the-original knock-offs. I made the Blinkies.
