I should mention that the lot across the street from the Wabun Picnic area did not appear to have any signs mentioning pay parking last night. Or any fancy machine poised to take one's money, for that matter.

laurafish thinks that's the place to park for free; I'm still expecting to find a hidden Gotcha!
