Tonight we spun two ducks, made crab cakes, and ate spring rolls outside on the deck. It was a wonderful day. Two friends are visiting from Fargo, and they've been taking me out to various restaurants. Tonight, we cooked. Crab cakes, spring rolls with gulf shrimp and pork, followed by Stereo Spun Ducks with baby nightshades. After the duck, we skipped the dessert course and went to the spoiled milk course.

Looks delicious. But also a little like maybe the ducks are doin it in the oven. If only it meant they multiplied while cooking!
