The press release said it went live 9/30. I had a phone configuration issue I didn't figure out until the next day, but I did get 4G signals several places in Minneapolis on 10/1, 2, and 3. Tested bitrates (download) in the 800k to 1700k range, but I haven't tested 3G rates in those locations, and they had 2 bars or less of 4G signal. Haven't searched out a good signal location to test yet.
