For those of us dinosaurs who bemoanedly moan the end of LiveJournal/Dreamwidth cross-posting, if you're on Windows, Semagic still works for both, although it's a PIA to switch between. I leave it hooked up to LJ, and then copy and paste the post to Dreamwidth and then use Semagic to post to LJ which clears the entry.
