Mail Order Pharmacy Woes

I should not be cranky and curse at the nice young girls who call from my mail order pharmacy to say that my prescriptions are expensive:

I should instead ask: "Look, I know the pharmacy companies are ripping me off. Can you prescribe something equally as effective that is less costly or just slip me a few under the table, or can you direct me to a pharmacy in Canada with cheaper mail order prices? If not, why the fuck are you calling me about a refill I just authorized?"
