In Asia, Tastes of the Sea
The relationship between Asia and the seas and oceans that surround it is broad and deep. Part of that has to do with the bounty its residents harvest from those waters. We asked chefs like David Kinch and Andy Ricker, as well as cookbook writers and food experts, for some of their most memorable experiences with Asia and its seafood.
