Amazing! And Dumb!
Nov. 8th, 2014 09:22 amI watched a national geographic smithsonian special on the Sphinx last night. I shoulda gone to the bars.
My best guess is that it was built a couple of years ago, but to create excitement, they had to have a cliff hanger before every commercial interruptions. Of course, on Netflix, there ain't no commercial interruptions, so the cliff hanger becomes about as exciting as ground-up mummy in my coffee, of which, although I have not tried it, I'm quite sure I'm not fond of.
Plus, all the prettily dressed archaeologists pointing to various signs conveniently left here and there in the dug out parts supported each of their theories, each of which was discussed as if it was just brought to light like a mummy dragged out of a tomb.
