Drewan and I scanned pictures almost into the wee hours. I'd changed a few settings on the scanner, and it took me a bit to figure out where to set them back. The photo-feeder does not like curled pictures.
Andrew spent most of the time plucking apart albums and removing the pictures. I clicked accept 50 times until I figured out where to shut it off. I also spent a bunch of time flatening the pictures so they'd feed.
We ended up scanning about 50 pictures an hour, or around 200 for the almost four hours we worked on them. The HP software does not save the picture after each scan. Once in a while, it goes bump when it's trying to save the scans. It seems best to scan 12 - 15 pictures in a row and then let it save the temp file.
There's lots left to scan, covering the bed in Thong's room. Musty too. Stored too long in damp places. Achoo.
