I have come to the sad conclusion...

That it is time to declare war on the communistic socialistic health-care addled countries of the world. What better way to ensure that we once again can claim to be Number One? After we have conquered them, and brought all of their medical personal to our fair shores, then, and only then, will the world see the errors of their ways.
