Out of the blue, Qwest strikes again. Yesterday they decided to switch me over to my existing ISP by -- you guessed it -- by cutting me off from my existing ISP. Last night with their tech support I got their MSN working, but they killed that during the night. Their overseas tech support seemed kinda clueless. I still think asking people to bookmark their online help when they call about no internet is probably not a wise verbal tagline.
