May. 31st, 2007 09:56 amWent to the Guthrie last night to see Major Barbara. Shaw's almost witty enough to ignore the cement blocks crashing on your head. First time in the theater at the new Guthrie. Whorehouse red as a design statement? Who knew!
Good cast -- although the last scene, stunning as it wuz, looked like a set from Willy Wonka.
