I think the Detroit curse may not be me in Detroit at Confusion, but just me. Driving home last night very late from work remeinded me too much of the long drive Karen and I did from the Detroit airport last year to the Confusion hotel.

One more chair

One more chair to move to the third floor. Three are already up there, and three is the number of doors I've removed. One on the bedroom they're currently in, one on the door to the third floor and one on the way into the main room on the third floor.

Flipping them over, I noticed that they do have feathers in the cushions. Eek. That may account for the fact that they're comfortable compared to most of the ones I tried. I hope the leather contains them. They're a bit darker than memory. I've some shots, which indicates how exciting this Saturday night is.

There was an Asian Writer's event at the Loft, but I decided I did not want to put up with trying to park on that end of Washington. Probably a mistake.

Tomorrow, Best Buy has no interest for three years on TVs, if the guy is to be believed. Mitsubishi ran a full page ad in Saturday's NY Times offering it. The guy at Best Buy didn't know about the Mitsubishi offer. It's getting close to SuperBowl, and that's always TV sale time.

Still have to get the first season CD of Ab Fab and show it to the laughing leaping water.

Finally, furniture!
