Coat of water poly on the vanity. Pegboard up in the basement, and a whole lot of stuff up on it. (Still a lot of empty pegs, but you gotta start somewhere). I have the sander upstairs upstairs to sand down the closet door. Then I've got the paint to paint the baseboards and trim in the guest bedroom. Now, if I could only find the masking tape.
