Eek, I'm not keeping up very well. This morning, Thong hauled the compound miter saw upstairs and started cutting beadboard to go above the shower upstairs. Yesterday, we bought a bunch of trim, much of which we can't use -- it's too big. He's off buying some more trim that we can use and some silicon. The new nail gun I blew money on works like a charm -- once I put the nails in the right side of the gun. The compressor is small and quiet especially after the one that Rick had (with the busted shut-off). It's also light and small.

The house across the street is having an open house. Only $399,000.
