Long time I have not posted much. Yesterday, I borrowed a firewire camera from Romeo, and last night I saved tapes to the comuter. Most of them I had on the computer, but deleted switching from one to the other. I'm capturing them in 10 second slices. I don't think I've transferred the first one I have of my mother, but I'll now for certain when I start moving them into folders. It's actually painless. I spent most of the time watching SG1 -- it does not capture blank spaces, but just the parts with image.
