The purple hyacinths are starting to bloom in the backyard. Last night, Laura and I worked on opening ceremonies until this computer decided to crash. She went home. I did not much at all, except leave the water on in the small garden with the tulips and hyacinths. I was prodding the lemon thyme a day or so ago, but it appears to have succumbed to the winter. There's bits o' green poking amongst it, but it's an invasive sedum, that while looking a great deal like thyme, does not have the aroma or flavor. The plot appears quite well watered this morning. There's one tulip that's quite ready to bloom. The scilla is not doing much yet, although I think I set the garbage down on one of the ones in the front on trashday.

Other than that, I've been running clothes through the washer. I just took down the shower curtains to run them through. Next, I need to clean up Thong's office for Sue Mason. I suppose I should put the err, interesting videos back into the dresser, and free up a drawer or two of space.
