(no subject)

Laura Jean and I cooked four quiches -- one lorraine, one asparagus and red peppers, one with a potato crust, ham & cheddar, one ham, red peppers, swiss & gruyere cheese. I also baked two coffee cakes, one blueberry, one cherry. We had a bunch of strawberries, oranges, bananas, grapes, apples and pears, orange juice, a choice selection of cheap champagne, V8, vodka, coffee, & tea (nobody drank any tea). We were going to make waffles but backed out at the last minute. I think we should have whipped up one batch, but what the heck. We had maple syrup for them too.
